A Sparrow Program
Twin Oaks Community
Affordable, dignified housing in South Corvallis — a stable foundation for lasting change.
Twin Oaks Community is the affordable housing community Sparrow owns and operates in South Corvallis. Through a grant from the State of Oregon, Sparrow stewards 61 residential sites where neighbors find stability, connection, and room to flourish.
Housing is more than a roof. At Twin Oaks, affordable lot rent, on-site care, and community events help residents move from surviving to thriving — and the Hope Fund stands ready when a neighbor faces an unexpected crisis.
